False advertising about hotel. No room service No In House Spa as described. No fridge in room - advertised. Check in is 3pm, not 2pm. Room cleaning seems to only be done on request. Bathroom has strong smell of sulphur. Provided Water is boiled - made me sick Shower water - made me sick. Staff are friendly - everybody smiles and says Hello Sir. Local food and nearby restaurants are decent for all budgets

The hotel is in good location. It’s basic but great for the price. The bathrooms needed a good clean. They had a strange smell. The bedhead was dirty. BUT the room was overall spotless. And the bed super comfortable and aircon was great! Good price for the overall hotel.

Its a wonderful place. Clean extremely helpful staff. Only downside is its a bit noisy by thr highway. But if your fine with a little noise its a really great deal

Nice clean hotel in quiet area
Hotel is very nice and staff can't do enough for you. Shared fridge at front of hotel is easily accessible. The area is VERY quiet so great if you want to just relax but travel is difficult around the area without car bike.

Really Bad, totally different from the website photos. Poor and old conditions....The room is dark, bad shower, dirty towel, no toothbrush, not enough sockets Wifi, Air Conditioner and TV are still good.

Quiet, relaxing escape
Very comfortable room, stayed in a 'suite' overlooking the pool. Room was huge, with a large bathroom. Very clean and has been updated with new bedding, TV, fridge, kettle, mini bar, spa services etc. room was cleaned daily and staff is very friendly and helpful. A few great (cheap) restaraunts across the street. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The customer service could use some work. We were greeted by not the friendliest person upon check in and we had to switch rooms 2 times because there were ants all over our bed etc. Instead of upgrading us to a nicer room or compensating in some way they actually had us lug all of our bags. Would not stay again. The price does not merit the place. The photos are nicer than reality.

Beautiful clean hotel with wonderful staff
Stayed at this hotel for one night after arriving at Denpasar as it was late. My friend and I thought the hotel was right by the airport because of the reviews but it was about 40 minutes away, (25$ in a cab). The location wasn't amazing, but the hotel was very clean and comfortable, wifi worked great and the staff were so helpful. We used the hotels transport to get to Ubud which cost $40 for two hours of driving in a comfortable car! Very happy with this hotel !

Well maintained seems to be fairly new, however on a busy road being Ulawata Rd (must point out cannot hear the traffic once inside your room. There is not a great deal close by so best you hire a scooter.

The utube hotel is a great hotel but ungasan is very quiet, with no night life. Great If you like the beach as all the nice beaches a close drive away.

A Great Place to Stay
A budget hotel with the highest quality, this means a great deal which will inspire the returning guest. I stayed with my 2 children aged 5 and 6 who enjoyed the pool and garden and the supermarket next door. Its close to all beaches and things to do such a water-parks within 10 minutes. Plenty of cheap restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is more for couples and friends, so kids would not be the hotel market, nonetheless it suited our style who normally stay in 5 star hotels. In summary a pleasant surprise which I will keep on my A list of Budget Hotels. The room I stayed in was the suite 32 sqm, so I guess that would beat all other rooms in the budget market.
