A great apartment in a great location. Spacious and nicely furnished. Lovely views across the river. Very close to the metro and serval tram lines. Great coffee shop downstairs and a lovely Italian restaurant on the corner, plus plenty more places to eat nearby. Triple glazed windows so warm and quiet - may be different in the summertime with windows open? One towel each was disappointing as this meant no hand/ hair towel for any of us to use. The bathroom was superficially clean but sink and shower drain were blocked with lots of hair - some amateur plumbing sorted that. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

It was a really Poor costumer service

My room hadn't been fully madeup when I checked in, fortunately the shortfalls were in tea and coffee consumables rather than anything else. Breakfast I only sampled on the first morning; reasonable standard if distributed across multiple levels. Not easily accessible to me due to a knee injury and compromised lung function.

The building is older but immaculately clean and the room and kitchen were well-stocked. It's right in old-town Prague and transit is very close by. Any questions via WhatsApp were answered promptly and the staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Room was very clean and Tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
