The room was dirty . The beds were clean though so I didn’t complain. The staff was great though at desk and breakfast lady was nice . This was upstairs but I stayed a few weeks ago and the room was very clean but it was on bottom floor

Certainly! Here's a clearer and more professional rewrite of your message: When we arrived at the property before the game. I was going to unload the car but I wasnt comfortable. We left and went to the game. The property was not clean. We returned to the room around 11PM after the game, we found that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, even after spraying the sheets with Lysol. Because of this, we decided to leave at 1 AM. The experience was disappointing and made it impossible to enjoy. Plus The front desk staff was friendly and nice.

The first room had bugs all in it and smelled like they tried to cover something up with some sort of deodorant that was so strong I started getting nauseous. The 2nd room they moved us to had blood stains all over the mattress cover. We didn’t stay and as we left they had a sewer company working on the room next door. Very disappointed. Should have read the reviews better.

Major water damage on ceiling and room smelled musty. There was also large stain on carpet. Could see updates to flooring in other areas but more updates needed. Breakfast was minimal; could use bread and pastry type items and more fruit choices.

I've stayed at this property 1-2 times per year for the past few years for proximity to family when visiting. The latest stay was the last I will have unless a major renovation & change of owners occurs. I went through 3 rooms before finding one that didn't smell mildewy/musty. I was told that section of the building had sustained a water leak not long ago but had been fixed. The first room had a black tinge on the ceiling and overwhelming mildew smell. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The clerk met me at the second room, which smelled equally as bad but lacked the black substance on the ceiling- also a no, we went on to the third room in a different part of the building. Room 3 was decently clean - it was being cleaned as we looked at the room to see if it was in better condition- with lots still missed from the 2 person cleaning team. Towels and washcloths were still very damp (way beyond humidity), appearing to not have been fully dried before returning them to a room. I returned with towels in tow to the front desk, to get dry towels. The clerk at the counter was helpful, polite and gracious- you could tell she was rather embarrassed for all the issues.

Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Bed and room needed some upgrades. There was no fan in the bathroom to ventilate when taking a shower. Breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, etc… it wasn’t too bad and I wouldn’t mind staying again.
