This was one of the Nastiest hotels I have been in. Room was dirty. The bed some kind of blood or food in it, when i asked housekeeping to address the problem you could tell she was happy about it

Toilet did not work no one available to fix. Scheduled a shuttle to the airport 20 min before pick up was told the van had broke down. The young lady tried to help she was nice but seem like the only one working. Room had a slight smell to it. ...if had not been for these few mishaps may have been ok

Very dirty. Shower had mold growing in it. Fecal matter on the toilet seat. Hair and stains on the bed. Garbage and recites on the floor not vacuumed. The mirror had smears and smudges on them.

Yes parking was safe, we did NOT want our room cleaned during our stay, we did not use the pool or hot tub, the Continental breakfast was good and needed, Andy was extremely helpful during our stay checking the floors and parking area, also he came to our rescue at the waffle machine when we made a mess there trying to make waffles....lol., he made our stay awesome and we will be back because of Andy

Hallway smell like w**d , rooms were infested with roaches. Bathroom curtains had some type of stain. Furniture broken. But the worse is losing sleep because someone had tried to break in our room 3am. Lack of security. Lobby service was mediocre

What an exceptional guest experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff (ANDY) was so friendly and amazingly helpful. The room and the views were out of this world. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay so special and clean! I had Breakfast at lobby, Andy the chefs did an outstanding job and even got to meet him. Thanks so much for making my mini staycation a memorable one!

This place is a little rough. The hot tub was ice cold, the lobby and elevator reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the breakfast had no healthy options and the only beverage was coffee. However, the bed was comfortable and the shuttle driver did a good job getting us to and from the airport.

Initial room was not cleaned. Bed and towels used! Blood on the floor! Second room was clean but smelled bad! I had told the receptionist that I was excited for the hot tub, but she didn’t tell me it was broke! Cold water in it! Breakfast the next morning was filthy and there was no one cleaning the area! Will never book with this chain again!!!

Horrible!!! Everything is broken, no smoke detected or ice buckets, elevator smelt like urine and the jacuzzi was broken. Also the little breakfast they had was cold and disgusting. It was waffles and store bought sausages and gravy and cereal

I had problems with the rooms the whole time I stayed. The WiFi didn’t connect to the phones or the game system that I had. The tv channels only worked half the time. The toilet and tub were dirty when I entered in as well as there was a crack on the toilet seat that left two of my family members in pain after being pinched and the sink was falling apart and they had boards underneath to try and hold it up. When I addressed this issues with the front desk Andy said he would send someone up to take care of it but only the sink issue was resolved. There was also a broken chair arm in my room. I really did not enjoy my stay at all .
