Unsafe and unacceptable stay. The first room had no heat, the TV didn’t work, and mold was everywhere. The second room was no better—the whole floor smelled like dirty diapers, trash cans were overflowing, and the elevators didn’t work, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. Management didn’t care when I complained, and my kids’ health was at risk. I will be filing complaints against the hotel and against Expedia for not providing proper results as promised. Do not book here.I filed complaints with the Health Department and BBB, and I’m also filing one against Expedia as well. You will regret staying here and dont ever use expedia

Cockroaches, moldy stained mattress, broken lights, shower didn’t even have a handle to turn it on, rat poop on the ground. This place shouldn’t even be in business, and Expedia won’t refund for unhygienic conditions even though the consumer is protected by law for this. Don’t bother booking here
