We only spent 1 evening there. We were looking forward to the whirlpool but it really didn’t work. There were no towels, and room service never showed up with towels.

We have lived in East Meadow our whole life- we moved in June and came back for the Holidays. We knew it was always a great experience every other time w stayed, so we booked it. To start the sign on the Turnpike was not lit up, so of course we passed and to turn around there is a whole ordeal. When we checked in and went to the room it appears they have renovated the lobby & that’s it. It’s outdated w stains on the carpets and rugs. Paint chipping off the elevator. We got to our room and there were piles of garbage outside our door - which stayed there til the following morning. This place has gone down hill & the prices have gone up.

No food service, except for an expensive and lackluster and poorly supplied breakfast buffet. No room service. Late check in time (4pm) combined with early checkout time (11am). Had to call several times to get room cleaned. There are always piles of bags with linen or trash in the halways. Not a pleasant stay regrettably.
