We travel often and usually stay in chain hotel like Best Western that are known for their standard clean rooms, decent services, and budget friendly pricing. This one was no different - good as expected but nothing out of the ordinary. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was more than ample. Front desk was quick and efficient. However, we will remember this particular hotel for the service offered by the person in charge of the breakfast area - Charmin (pardon my spelling). She was extremely courteous and hospitable - walking up to each table ensuring we had everything we needed, that the food was good and warm, asking if she could get us anything else, and making sure the food trays were quickly replenished when empty. She even kept the breakfast bar open a little longer than closing time one day when we had turned up a little late. It is exceptional service like this that makes the guest feel special and regular hotel becomes memorable.

The beds were comfy but the room wasn’t very clean. The staff during breakfast was a little overwhelming. She was trying to be helpful but felt like we had to rush.

Great breakfast until 10!!! and maintenance helped hook up our tv device! Nice gym. Handy ice and laundry. 24/7 coffee. Good location. Good internet connection. Short stay but a good one.

Cleanliness was subpar

Friendly service but cleanliness of the room was subpar. Table and desk in the room was dusty and there was a used tissue on the floor by the bed. We didn’t have carpet and the floor was full of hair by the loveseat and table.
