Front desk staff was rude. Wouldn’t bring us a twin rollaway for my son stated room was to small. Which it was not. Hotel room could use some deep cleaning but was clean in the parts you could see. Rude service ruined our overnight stay

Property is great. Not too many people were staying there when we did. The room we were assigned had a large wet spot in front of the AC, but we were immediately moved to another room with no issues. Staff was quick to resolve the problem.

Noisy children.
Everything was great except for the last night. I had a adjoining room. The family was 2 very loud children and the parents weren't any better. Every time I went to the desk, nobody was there. At one point, I left money under the keyboard for water. The room was very clean. Had a few bugs but not a big deal. I will stay again.

Room service was easy to access, front desk was always available and helpful, staff were always kind and friendly. My only complaint is that in a few parts of my room, there were a few loose nails just sitting on the floor. But that’s minor, and everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you! :-)
