Bumpy start but good stay
A little bit of a rough start to the stay, but the staff acknowledged the issue, worked to resolve it as timely as possible, and were very considerate to the disruption caused. Thank you Alex and your front desk team for resolving the issue.

I would like to give them a 5 star but honestly the rooms need a deep cleaning. The chair was dirty with wet stains and so the walls. Every corner was dusty and the restroom should be deep cleaned. Few towels were stain and it’s unacceptable. Rooms are nice and decent for the price is staying but the cleanliness & sanitation is a must!!!!!
