The staff was amazing except the lady working the breakfast. Everyone at the front desk and house keeping were incredible. Unfortunately the lady who made the breakfast had a nasty attitude and had guests saying they didn’t even want to eat the food because she sat and watched while speaking with attitude.

When we arrived our room was not ready. Check-in time was supposed to be 3 and that’s what time we arrived. We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. At breakfast the food ran out and it took forever for them to bring out more food.

The parking area was safe. Security was in the lot after we returned late from my uncle's retirement party. We felt safe throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was healthy and delicious.

The hotel needs a serious deep cleaning. Our 1st room reeked of cigarette smell, had stained/dirty tub. Also there was a stain on the curtain where some type of bug was smashed. I will say that the staff was very empathetic and responsive with transferring us to another one that appeared nicer. However, the mattress was so filty and need thrown out immediately. I just feel the presentation, cleanliness just isn't there, no matter how much affordable it is, compared to other places.

The hotel is a really great place for a weekend getaway. It's not a "luxory" hotel, but it is comfy. The indoor pool was really nice, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast staff made sure they were available.
