I was sent a text the morning of arrival to complete an online check in to save time on arrival, when I arrived none of the information I provided was on the documentation. The reception service was friendly but not efficient. Internet super slow, the shower drain was full of hair. Great food and friendly service at bistro.

We had a fly in trip for a funeral . We were very happy woth our stay easy to deal with and comfortable . The bistro attached was amazing . We will be staying next time we are in town.

I stay here almost every week, last week the room which was given to me did not had a smart TV so I requested to move the room but they didn’t move me saying that they don’t have available room but the parking lot was empty and I could see so many empty rooms, that was little disappointing.

Lovely and convenient

Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, great dinner in the pub, also had a takeaway bottle shop attached and a nice pie shop down the street which was handy.

Great to have food and drinks available on the doorstep. Great service in the food area and good staff. Pool and area could do with a big upgrade, steps in pool not ladders as old and shaky. gardens, etc need renewing.

Inside the unit was spacious and very clean. Outside untidy. Over hanging dead branches, cobwebs around the door. Issues with the internet, and very poor television reception. Unable to watch the TV at all. Location is great and the facilities are good. Lovely swimming pool.

It was alright

Stayed here as somewhat central to where I. Ended to be for the weekend. My room was right at the back, there is no Wi-Fi accessible there and mobile coverage for me was patchy. Room is definitely more for those wanting a motel room, lots of construction workers stay here.

Great property for price point - we booked 2 rooms and will more than likely come back and do a larger group booking. Rooms were good the grounds did have some rubbish lying around, lake was interesting with Turtles. Food was good, staff in the Bistro were very efficient.

We loved our family stay, the rooms definitely need some new beds and refurbished but it's a beautiful property, and wonderful dining options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the whole time we were there for cleaning (48 hours), so the kids were disappointed about that. Overall loved our stay and would stay here again.

Pitty there is no option for zero stars, where should I start? The walls are paper thin, you can here next door fart, and stains on the carpet, absolutely disgusting i actually slept in my car because of inconsiderate neighbours that didn’t shut the hell up well into the early hour's of the morning. Definitely well overdue for renovations. Definitely do not recommend..
