Great view

Couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance, whale watching trips from the hotel too. Nice walk along the esplanade. Staff very friendly free parking, views over the marina, large rooms with separate living space

The Unit was clean and the staff friendly, however the unit was dated. It took a long time for the water to become hot, there was no separate shower with a shower in bath which was too big a hurdel for my wife to oivercome. The toilet seat was new but musthave cost a dollar asit was so thin it creaked every time tou moved. The bedside lamps had no switch on them and were plugged in behind the bed,so impossible to use unless you moved the bed.Dont get me started on the slow WiFi and TV.

Great place to stay right at the marina. Easy walking distance to nearby cafes, restaurants and cruises. Only downfall was not being able to park on the secured gated carpark due to cleaning machines being stored there which meant parking in public carpark and lugging our belongs to our 3rd floor room

The missing star for 'Area around property' relates to some pathway in need of repair (safely fenced off), but this is being attended to, and the complex is being repainted (externally) as well, so I expect it will be back to 5-Star in the near future.

Room so small, no room for luggage, draughty, bed awful. Generally an uncomfortable room. Lifts very slow, old & dirty. Corridors dirty. Reception staff were really nice. Never saw a manager about so nothing will be improved.
