Had an amazing stay at this place. We hired a car, so everything was in close proximity when driving, beach, snorkeling, supermarket.

You will see a mix of reviews on this property and they’re generally at opposite ends of the spectrum. I loved, loved, loved my stay here. The first impression was a bit odd, largely because the architecture is fairly cold from the outside and the reception area, while beautiful, cannot be characterized as inviting. Banger hotel!

Over all it was a really nice place BUT There were too Many rules as to when and where you could eat. If without a car you had to rely on the very expensive restaurants in the hotel. Their convenience store had no sandwiches to get you through if you missed a meal schedule at the resort restaurant. Plus no room service. Also breakfast time got so crowded that you had to often wait 20 minutes or more to get seated. You really need a car to have a great time as I had to spend much money on taxis back and forth to places. Also they had no store providing medicine essential for medical problems one might expect in a tropical area. Also if you wanted a beach chair in the shade because you are sensitive to sun, you had to pay an extra 4000 yen for the chairs. Still, in spite of these conditions I would return again because the staff were very nice and I have a better idea of how to prepare.

The apartment was very modern and clean. There are some local restaurants and supermarkets and we used the local buses to get around although a car would have been much better
