This is a basic hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean, surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards, and very comfortable. The staff was always friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with great service at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Here’s a shorter, family-focused version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Excellent stay for our family of five! The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and kitchenette were especially helpful when traveling with kids. The location was perfect—close to train stations, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay at Grand Monday Ginza again on our next trip to Tokyo!

It was a really clean place to stay and we felt safe and comfortable in the area, knowing it was really quiet and people were kind and respectful. The amenities were very functional and the room was spacious enough for 5 people to live. I love the authenticity of the place Japanese feel is quite amazing and impressive!! Sooo happy of our stay!!
