We originally booked a superior suite but they gave us a much smaller room (appears to be a standard room) when we arrived on the first day of our stay until we questioned the staff. They informed us they were fully booked that night and we can only switch to the superior suite the next day once it’s available. It was a rip-off and unpleasant that we paid for three nights to stay at a suite-size room but ended up only staying there for two.
