My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch experience!

Potamia Suites hotel is an authentic elevated cave hotel that goes beyond standardized cave suites in Capadocia. The arrival was sublime joined by coffee and pastry with a warm welcomed by the owner. The room was beyond expected, finely decorated as well preserving the rustic feeling of the cave together with a modern touch of elegance with great lighting surrounding the whole room. The bathroom was of the most impressive part of the cave, with a great rounded tub and shower. This property is a shout out for everyone to know, because it holds so many great leisures like a balcony viewing a massive cave wall, a wonderful place where we were offered a beautiful breakfast, with coffee, pastries, and fruits. I will definitely recommend this place not only for the property as a whole, but for the courteous and generosity from the hotel to arrange any of our needs. Many thanks to Potamia Cave Suites for an unforgettable stay in Cappadocia.

“My stay at the Cave Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel’s unique architecture—rooms carved directly into the rock—was breathtaking and offered an experience like no other. Waking up surrounded by stone walls and natural formations was surreal, blending history with comfort. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist with a smile. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff’s passion for hospitality and dedication to making each guest feel special. We left the Cave Hotel not only with beautiful memories but also with gratitude for the team who made it all possible. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Tesis mükemmeldi .Odalar cok guzel ve temizidi. Çok rahat ettik. Tarihi bir alanda , aşağısında muhteşem bir vadi var . Tesisin sahibi ahmet bey çok ilgilendi. Bir daha kapadokyaya gitsem bu tesise giderdim.

Bu otelde harika bir 5 gün geçirdik. Huzurlu, rahat, sakin ve egzotik bir otel. Temizlik ve odaların durumu oldukça iyi hergün havlularımız değiştirildi. Kahvaltı lezzetli, oldukça çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Her odası harika vadi manzaralı açık terasa ve oturma alanlarına açılıyor. Ben hiç bir işletmede bu kadar kendi evimde gibi hissetmedim. Ahmey beye ve Salih beye ilgileri için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Eski Kapadokya Ruhunu Hissedin

Giriş yapmadan önce giriş saatiniz için teyit alınmakta. Karşılama oldukça zarif. Odam temiz ve konforluydu. Bölgede bir çok otelde konakladım. Misafirperverlik ve otantikliğin birleştiği bölgede son zamanlarda çok şık otellerde kalmama rağmen eski enerji kalmadığını düşünüyordum. Göreme den oldukça soğumuştum çünkü fazla ışık , fazla para kazanma arzusu bazı olguların önüne geçmişti. Bu yüzden ortahisar ı tercih ettim. İyi ki de etmişim. Otel tamamen bağımsız diyebilirim. Odadan çıktığınızda yalnızca otele özel peri bacaları alanı mevcut. Vadiye bakan bir bölge olduğu için başka otellerden bapımsız olarak size özel bir vadi vaad ediyor. Odamdaki küvet oldukça temizdi. Bazen bu kadar temiz bulamıyor olabiliyorsunuz. Burada bu sorun ile karşılaşmadım. Yeterli bir kahvaltı servisi mevcut.

Espectacular lugar, recién inaugurado. Dormitorios hechos en la misma roca, con vista a un pequeño valle, con una espectacular vista. Muchos ambientes, rincones para contemplar el paisaje. Un desayuno muy rico, abundante y muy bien atendidos. El personal muy atento, agradables y muy disponibles a ayudar a los huéspedes en lo que se necesitara. Ailemle birlikte 1 gece konakladık ve bölgede farklı otellerde konaklamış biri olarak beklentilerimin çok çok üstünde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Otel yeni açılmış ve oda standartları muadil otellere göre kat kat üstün. Kahvaltı ve çalışan profili standartların çok üzerinde. Otel yerleşkesinin hakim olduğu manzara ise olağanüstü. Birçok seyir tepesinde bile bu ambiyans hissedilmiyor. Sakin ve huzurlu bir konaklama arayanlara tereddütsüz öneririm.
