Bulunduğumuz odada telefon çekmiyordu ama Wifi hizmeti mevcuttu. Sessiz sakin ve güzel ambiansa hakimdi. Temiz ve fiyatına göre makul bir yerde. Fiyatına göre olması gerekenlerin hepsi mevcuttu.

Tercih etmeyin!
Rezervasyon yaparken kötü yorumlardan etkilenen biri değilim ama ne yazılmışsa aynıları başımıza geldi. Oda tabiri caizse leş gibi, heryer toz içinde, TV yok, (bizim odada yoktu) duş başlığı bozuktu, terlik yoktu. Odalar kesinlikle misafir çıkışlarından sonra temizlenmiyor, bu apaçık belli. Otelin tek artısı Ürgüp merkeze yakın olması... Başka da elle tutulur bir yanı yok. Kendine çeki düzen verip detaylı bir dezenfekte edilmesi gereken çakma mağara otel.

Sadece uyumak için de kullansak otelden memnun kaldik. Her oda ayni olmasa da kayalik icinde olanlardan kendi dogal yapisindan dolayi tortulari dokuluyormus. Ilk etapta temiz degil zannetmistik yatagi fakat gorduk ki biz kendimiz temizledikce yine oluyor. Bir tek kaldigimiz diger odanin banyo ve tuvaleti cok cok kucuktu. Cok mukemmel beklemeyin normal standartlarda bir otel. Kucuk ve sirin.

Berbat bir tatildi.
Ailemle 3 gece konaklamak icin gittik. Gittigimizde bize verilen oda berbat durumda idi.Yatak ortuleri ve havlular disinda hersey tozlu ve kirli idi orumcek aglari da dahil hersey duruyordu. Odamizin temizlendigini soyledi arkadas fakat hicbir sekilde elektrikli supurge bile tutulmamis istedigimiz de bozuk dediler sonra baska bir tane bulup getirdiler. Cocugumuz oldugu icin esim guzelce supurdu. Sonra vilada ile yerleri dildi arkadas o kadar uzun zamandir temizlik yapilmamis ki su simsiyah oldu. Ertesi gun tekrar geldigimiz de ise odaya baya buyuk bir bocek ve orumcekler bizi karsiladi. Esyalarimizi toplayip ciktik durumu anlattigimizda ise baska bir oda onerdiler o odayi da gunduz temizlenirken gordukten sonra orayida kabul etmedik. Yani cok zor durumda iseniz ve bebeginizi filan dusunmuyorsaniz gidip kalin.
