The hotel was amazing and the staff were even more amazing. They were helpful and were there for anything we needed. We felt welcome and the chef was such a good cook.

Hotel was clean but the bathroom was very small and bed was very firm. Very basic with the essentials. This hotel is part of a different hotel that is across the street from this one. You will check in across the street at the other hotel and also this is where breakfast is served. It was a little inconvenient to check in at the other hotel and then haul all your luggage across the busy street to your room. However the hotel is centrally located and walking distance to lots of tourist destinations.

We love everything! Location, the view from our room; it had balcony 😍 room was very spacious, breakfast was very good 😊 will love to come back! Guanajuato is a beautiful city with a great weather
