The beds were amazing. Comfy and clean. The cookies are amazing. Make sure to get them. The only thing i would change is the toilet paper. Too thin for such a nice hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms are lovely. The restaurant iconic is very cool and the food is delicious and they have a great happy hour drink special every night. The area around the hotel is nice there's a lot of nice restaurants and shops. I came to stay here for my son's homecoming weekend he's a student at Utica University and the school is just 7 minutes away driving distance. I will definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for anyone to stay.

It was clean. Check in/out was easy. The building was beautiful. Breakfast and the bar were good. The TV wasnt smart, so I couldn't stream on it. Elevator was dirty
