When we checked out after one night we had 3 charges on our credit card, equalling over $800.00. I called the hotel. They said, that’s because you used a third party vendor. So another call to Hotels.com., after no satisfaction on line . On hold forever. If using a third party is so terrible, why do you list your hotel on these sites ?

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a musty smell that was not great and I think the toilet had a slow leak from the bottom. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning...didnt really effect us.

We were not arriving until 9 pm and really appreciated being able to check-in via phone. We were able to give our $50 credit card hold over the phone, review our room amenities and get our room number. All we had to do was stop at the desk to provide a photo ID and get our keys. It was very convenient.

Small Room; So-so average accomodation.
For the expensive price of about $300 we were given a mediocre very small room. Amenities include 1 small bar of soap, one make-up remover wipe and a couple of towels. The A/C was loud. Our stay was average and much less satisfactory compared to previous stays at Hampton Inns.

I congratulate your employees. Once a problem was sent in, they tried to fix the issues. One was a leaking toilet, the other a filthy divan which they tried to clean; but was too dirty. I was not offered a new room even when the phone didn't work. It was my last day there, and I had requested a wake up call, and it didn't work. It could have made me miss my plane.
