A little difficult to find . Adjoining road way systems very confusing, no real direct access from highway. Overall, nice short term stay. No elevator, so pack light.

Our stay in this Inn was overall pretty good. Rooms were clean and suited what we needed, slightly on the smaller side. There was a good variety of channels that always had movies and many sports channels for down time. Breakfast was as ok, could be improved with more fruit and better eggs. All positive staff interactions. Would stay here again if we pass through Utica area.

The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a good month. Mildew in the shower, hair everywhere. I wasn't told i needed to make a special request for housekeeping so by the time i returned to hotel to awe it still dirty, of course it was to late for seevice. Sounded like an excuse to be lazy to me. Never had to request room service before i thought it was a given considering the place was still pretty expensive. Happy to leave.
