Always a great stay and they never disappoint ever I'm always impressed with my treatment and how friendly and attentive the staff is to my needs The Utica NewYork, Red Roof always delivers on the accommodations but where they excel is in customer service in this review come from someone who spent 45 years in the hospitality industry

The only thing you need to know if you stay at the Red roof and Utica New York is at the staff is outstanding the place is fabulous the prices are reasonable and it's in great condition for the for the year of the buildings 8ij know

We arrived late. Front desk checked us in quickly. He was friendly. The room had a foul musty dirty sock smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. The rug was filthy with crumbs and hair. Clearly want vacuumed. Face cloth has crusty bits and the cleaner left us with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra to replace it with. Based on the many reviews I at least expected the room to be clean. I wouldn’t stay again

I was in the area for my daughter's wedding. I stayed one night and it was a good experience. I decided not to go home the next night, and stayed in town. I went back to this facility because it was a very pleasant stay.

Reasonably priced, quiet facility. A little dated but comfortable. Set back a ways from the road. Employees were all professional and helpful. I followed a breakfast recommendation from the desk clerk. Excellent choice. Nice people.

Always look forward to my next visit

The Utica New York Red roof never disappoints I've been there multiple multiple multiple times and I've never had a bad experience the place is clean the beds are comfortable they're there to help you with anything you need but what makes them separates them from everyone else is the service they're not selling beds or places to sleep they're selling service and boy do they know how to do it so if you ever need a place in the Utica area give them a shot you won't be disappointed I promise
