My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthday (same day). Everyone from the housekeeping staff in the casino and in the hotel, to the casino staff, check in, customer service and most of the restaurants that we visited were absolutely amazing. All of them made us feel special and made us want to return. I am bragging daily about your wonderful facility.

The property us absolutely beautiful for the holiday season including the stroll through the gingerbread houses. The staff is top notch. Very friendly, but professional. Our dinner at Pino Bianco was great and we were a party of 13. Everything was perfect. We will be back again. Thanks TS for making our holiday get together fantastic.

Stayed at this hotel for a night. Was not informed of any construction until I was woken up at 5:30am to steel being slammed and hammered outside my window. The room was outdated and had a funky smell, and the coffee creamer was spoiled. When trying to resolve the issue I was hung up on and then told they can not do anything for me. “ there is no manager on today “ -5/10
