This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.

古さを感じる
格安のお部屋に泊まりました。 壁紙が裂けていたり、絨毯に大きなシミがあったり、ユニットバスの壁や天井、液体石鹸類の入ったケース等、目につくところに黒いカビが発生していました。 値段相応ですが、ロビーやサービスと比較して室内が古くてメンテナンスされていない感じが気になりました。

2泊しました。 フロントスタッフの残念な対応が続き、また利用したいと思えませんでした。 あと、エアコンのききが悪く寒かったです。 加湿空気清浄機がないホテルも今時珍しいなと 大変なご時世ですが、改善を期待して書きました頑張ってください。

駅からバス停一つ分歩きます。フロントは広くて良い感じですが、客室は古さを感じます。清潔さを心がけているとは思いますが、スリッパは紙の中敷があれば良いなぁ、トイレ便座は暖かいと良いなぁとか、改善の余地はたくさんあるかと思いました。

宇都宮駅から、ゆっくり歩いて10分は許容。 歴史がありそうな建構えでも、スタッフさんの心構えかすごく綺麗にメインテナンスされていて気持ちよくお部屋を使わせていただきました。不満と言えば空調。暖房を入れると途端に暑くなり、細かな調整が難しかったことと、何となくドライな環境が保てなかったことでしょうか。 あと、朝食やサウナなど別会計かもしれまんが、その辺の案内があっても良かったのかなぁと思いました。ルームキー（カード）を渡してあとはご自分でみたいな感じだったので、寂しさを覚えました（笑）
