The toilet was over flowing ,tub was over flowing water was coming from under sink I fell and injured my self. Water was over flowing everywhere I let the staff know took pictures showed them and did nothing I will be filing a law suit do to injury

Property appeared to be in the midst of a remodel. It either need to be finished or fire the contractor. Wires everywhere in room and other issues. Bed was comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Location was great.

The property is being renovated, slowly. I got in late and the first room I went to, the shower was out of order. The second room was ok, but it took over an hour for the room to cool off after I turned the AC on. TV didn't work. I'm not sure that the towels were actually clean...

This property was terrible Roach infested told manager and got moved to a even worse room with more roaches As soon as you turn on the lights roaches go everywhere never staying here again

The pool was not working. The pool should be priority in the summer. Also, a continintal breakfast would ensure more bookings. The area is expensive. More families will book with a free meal. They only had a one cup coffee machine. Other than that, the beds are comfortable.This place has so much potential.

Confused at check in
My room was given to someone else. They tried to accommodate but asked for payment since my room was given away. I had prepaid and asked why do i have to pay again. Desk clerk confirmed that someone checked in as me. She finally gave me two rooms and asked for cash deposit. The next day, i almost did not get my deposit back because morning desk clerk stated it was not my rooms.

The Hotel had no ice machine available, no pool available, the conditions of the place is old and should be closed because it’s not safe. Horrible smell, and Expedia should avoid this hotel available to people. Was very expensive for a 1 star hotel out of 10.

The room was not bad it was the following. First off no WiFi although they advertise that they do. Second the bed skirt had cigarette burns and blood stains!!! It was so gross because me and my family were staying there. Then we were not able to use the pool because they were repainting it. We should of received a discount due to the inconvenience. The staff was great but because of theses things I rated poorly.

I was disappointed because we booked this place for the pool at least to pass the time. Get there and find out the pool hasn’t been in service for years. Wish the picture didn’t include the pool. False advertisement in my opinion.
