"We stayed here for 4 nights during Envision festival. Hotel is under new management now and I felt like cleaning service was lacking. Our mattress kept sinking in. Our room was not cleaned every day. We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Rooms did not have any luggage rack or hangers or closet. ..."
