Loistava majapaikka kahdelle hengelle Vaasan keskustassa. Olohuoneen sohvalla tosin nukkuisi kolmaskin. Parkkihalli talon alla ja oma parkkiruutu hallissa. Asunto on todella siisti, sauna hyvÀ ja lasitettu parveke on tilava. Todella rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Todella mainio keskusta-asunto. Yhteydenpito vuokraajaan tekstareilla helppoa ja nopeaa. Huoneisto oli uudehkossa talossa ja se oli erittÀin siisti sekÀ hyvin varustettu. SÀnky oli mukava ja saunasta plussaa. ViestintÀ majoittajan kanssa oli mutkatonta ja majoittajalta tuli selkeÀt ohjeet sisÀÀnkirjautumiseen. Kiva, siisti asuntoa korkeassa kerroksessa, jossa raikas tuuli. Sisustus on siisti, rakennus uusi. Hinta sopiva verrattuna hotelli majoitusta. SisÀÀnkirjoittaminen onnistui ongelmitta. Yhteys henkilö erittÀin avulias. Hieman pidempi matka keskustasta, mutta kyllÀ kÀvelyllÀ onnistuu. Oman majoitus aikana oli rankka vesisadetta joten kÀytimme autoa. YmpÀrillÀ kadulla pysÀköinti yleensÀ 2t mutta muutama ilmaisia paikkoja löydy jossa ei ole aika rajoituksia. Asunto hiljainen.
