This property was incredible!!!! A fabulous place if you are travelling with pets as there is SO much green space for bathroom breaks. The bed, the pillows, the towels, ALL top quality. I did not use the restaurant so I can’t speak for the food but it sure smelled great. This place is on the outside of town so you do need to drive to access shopping, etc. but this makes it feel like it is still rural. Totally book this property!!!!

Très décevant!!

J’ai dit dans ma réservation que nous serions 4. À l’arrivée il y avait seulement 2 sets de serviette. J’ai demandé d’apporter le reste et de préparer le divan lit: couvertures, oreiller… Au retour en soirée, aucune serviette n’a été ajouté et le divan lit a été ouvert mais seulement un drap contour et un drap plat a été installé! J’ai dû aller chercher les serviettes manquantes, une oreiller et couvertures. On m’a donné seulement une petite couverture de laine car il n’y en avait aucune autre. Ma fille a eu froid la nuit, une chance que j’avais un sac de couchage dans mes bagages que j’ai pu utiliser. Le lavabo de la salle de bain n’avait pas de bouchon et était lent à s’écouler. L’eau stagnait. Le ventilateur de la salle de bain fait du bruit mais n’aspire pas l’humidité. De plus il est plein de poussière apparente. Avec la douche le miroir devient plein d’humidité et il faut ouvrir la porte pour que l’humidité soit chassé. La chambre est très humide et c’est inconfortable dans les draps. Les matelas sont très durs. Il y a un frigo mais, les aliments ressortent partiellement congelés (trop froid). La machine à faire de la glace au 1e étage ne fonctionne pas. J’ai loué la chambre pour plus qu’une journée alors le lendemain j’ai mis l’affiche sur la porte de faire la chambre. Personnes n’a fait le changement des serviettes, j’ai dû aller à la réception… Le tapis était très sale les bas blanc sont devenus gris. L’hôtel est mal coté et devrait être un 3 étoile sur 5 max

Air conditioning system in room, machine below the window not wanting to function. When finally go it started after many attempts, it wouldn’t stop and air was blowing like you were sleeping in a wind tunnel. Didn’t happen to have a functional thermostat in that machine working properly. Had a mind of it’s own. Would not start or stop automatically by itself. The rooms used to have controlled heating and air conditioning systems before manually controlled with a wall thermostat closecto the entrance. This has all been removed and changed to a wall machine under the main window. Know reason why they did this. Spent a quite unpleasant night.
