Es un hotel que se encuentra ben ubicado, pero lastimosamente yo no tuve la mejor experiencia, la habitación el aire no funcionaba ben hasta después de 2 dias me cambiaron de habitación, se fue el agua en el sector y no habia reserva, algunas veces la luz no prendía....el desayuno muy rico.

Me encanto el lugar, suer lindo y la hubicacion increible, los guardias fue amables al igual que las personas de limpieza, nuestra estancia fue increible y esperamos pronto poder regresar a Medellín y poder hospedarnos de nuevo con ustedes, gracias por todo y un saludo desde México 🇲🇽👍🇨🇴

Felt like at home, rooms are ver clean , staff is very helpful, and the top floor is very nice.

The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel could improve with their pillow selection and the morning coffee, as it doesn’t match the overall quality of the property after all we are in colombia the coffee capital of the world…. I’ve dined at the rooftop restaurant many times it’s a very over priced restaurant, but it’s disappointing that they charge extra if you ask for a little more chips or a little more sauce without telling you. The female manager has a horrible attitude also seems inattentive to guests, often spending time on her phone or watching TV instead of engaging with customers, never again

Property is in a great location but it definitely needs some repairs. Bathrooms were constantly breaking, some lights did not work and there were a number of broken drawers and cabinets.

I stayed 6 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. The layout was nice with a kitchen, washer, balcony, A/C in the bedrooms, and a restaurant downstairs with good food. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The biggest issue was the showers flooding on two separate nights, sending water into the bedrooms. Staff told us this “happens all the time,” yet the only solution was to hand us towels. We spent over an hour each time cleaning the water ourselves because no one helped and there was no mop. One shower was never repaired, so when my son used the other shower, it flooded too. I even slipped on the wet floor that night. We also returned one day to find a housekeeping employee using my personal phone charger to charge their vape without permission. Housekeeping also left the balcony doors open, letting insects in and preventing the A/C from cooling the apartment. I requested to speak with the manager, but no one ever contacted me or apologized. For the premium price we paid, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. I would not stay here again.

The only thing I want to say about this stay is that one of the main reasons I decided to book it was because of the rooms and the pool. There was a yakuze that didn’t work which was fine but the pool was so freezing cold we could only enjoy it once on the first day only for a few minutes. When I brought up the complaint they would tell us that they were going to send someone to fix the heater but it was all a lie. They are very communicative until you have an issue then they will ghost you. Overall, the spot was nice and the host “Wilson” was extremely nice and attentive which made the stay a lot better. However, for the price paid, months of planning to finally travel and arrive in Colombia for the pool to not be working properly made me want to give this a 2 star. The fact that I brought the issue up multiple times and they decided to just ignore me felt like I got robbed for my money. If you’re looking to stay without caring about the pool I will absolutely recommend!
