They ran out of pillows? I thought that was so odd. Also they wouldn’t bring anything to your room, you had to go down and grab it. Which is fine, I’ve just never had a hotel tell me to go down and grab something before

Apparently Waze sends people to the wrong location, even with the address copied from their information. ..staff was not helpful. Room is on the noisy side next to the interstate…thanks. Room is noisy in general, slamming doors, room upstairs.
