This hotel is a dog friendly property, which is great! But there was definitely barking heard down our hall. I would ask for a room on a floor that doesn’t have animals if possible next time. Everything else was wonderful.

The LaQuinta front desk and breakfast staff were great. The room was fine. The "pillow top" mattress wasn't super comfortable. Actually felt like a well worn mattress even though the hotel is relatively new.

We checked in. The first room we went in smelt like pot.. so we asked to switch rooms, second room smelt like a dirty dog and had poop in the toilet still- so definitely not cleaned properly between ppl staying. Finally got a 3rd room and it was ok. Had to ask for extra sheets for the pill pit couch as they didn’t have any in the room.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was dark and quiet so we all got a good night's rest. We didn't have much interaction with the staff but they checked us in quickly. We weren't impressed with breakfast. Not a ton of options and bland food but it was ok.

Excellent check in with Charles and check out. Room was clean (except someone left old press ons behind). The room was well sized and the two tvs were clutch. Breakfast was wonderful. The fire pit was a nice touch too. I only wish the pillows were bigger.

Everything was great except the fog walk area, there was a significant amount of dog waste in the dog walk area. I wish there was a wsy to monitor people so they cleaned up after their dig

The hotel is very conveniently located just off I-75 halfway between Atlanta and the Tampa Bay area. Got a good night's sleep and free breakfast buffet with hot and cold items.

Ac hvac unit started buzzing around 1:30 am, call to front desk eas usless. Pillows were tiny, about 18inches square? 1 tiny bar of soap for shower and sink area? 1 plastic cup for 2 of us in coffee station? Newish property needs management with a more detailed eye. I brought up the issue of the hvac unit with the GM, he decided to tell me about how many hotels they owne in the area and that they were all booked, what's that got to do with my stay? Not a 9+ rated hotel.
