Hotel was recommended by a friend that resides in Valencia. The hotel is located just a few steps from Plaza de la Reina and many dining options. The Plaza and the Cathedral are must see, we sat at the Plaza just to take it all in. From the moment we walked in, we knew our stay would be wonderful. Friendly, helpful staff, and rooftop terrace, with a small pool, it felt homey. We were surprised at the accommodations, as we expected a bedroom, not a little studio apartment, with every comfort imaginable. Can't say enough good things about this place. Wish we could have spend all our vacation there!!!

Breakfast team (Jim and Andres) great ambassadors for the hotel, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Housekeeping efficient. The hotel could improve the Reception area, open up the baggage holding area with comfortabld sofas, flowers and magazines. Make more of the roof terraces and the breakfast team.

This was the 3rd city on our trip and our stay here was just ok. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was the little details that were not comfortable in the this hotel. The bedside tables and lamps were very low and hard to use. There was no shampoo, conditioner or boxed tissues in the bathroom. There were no robes to use. The staff was friendly, and the location was very nice. Getting a taxi to the hotel was difficult, we were often dropped off several blocks away. This was a difficult walk with luggage for my Grandmother.

Great location side street off Cathedral square. Good size room with small kitchen area. Lovely roof terrace, one side with sunloungers and plunge pool the other with seating to enjoy drinks. Avril always welcoming and makes the best Aqua Valencia.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Gorgeous breakfast on rooftop terrace. The pool is a little plunge pool NOT a swimming pool. Otherwise would thoroughly recommend.

The staff was marvelous- very helpful and charming. The roof top bar/lounge was a nice touch. Our room was designed well and had a functional kitchen- great for coffee/tea and heating up leftovers! And of course the location in Cuitat Vella was superb!

What I liked about the property was the location, the cleanliness, daily cleaning of room and linen changes. The Suite had a sofa and a kitchenette which was very useful. The rooftop terrace was a bonus with a lovely view of the City. Staff were helpful and efficient. Downside; I think the room needed more drawers for folded clothes and underware or maybe more shelves and hooks. The wall hooks for the bathroom robes fitted in the bathroom were hard to reach. Wardrobes were not easy to open and close, so the negatives are in the planning and installation of the fitted furniture.
