Checked into my room and it wasn't fully 'serviced' - I was missing a kettle and water for my room. It was late in the evening but I went and asked reception if I could get one and they said no because they were the only person on the desk at that time. I asked if there was anywhere I could get a coffee in the morning and they said the airport which I found quite unhelpful as I wasn't going there.

Great stay at Novotel

We had a great stay at Novotel, greeat hotel, close to metro station and bus routes. We booked a family room and feel that it was a bit small. Our son is only 3 but if we were to travel with teens, it would have been very tight in the room as very small space to pull out the sofa bed. Considering it's a 4* hotel, i would have expected more from the room such as coffee machine with pods. We booked the breakfast so that wasnt a big issue as the breakfast was just amazing! Totally recommend it! A lot of different stations to choose, fresh joices and pastries, waffles, cales, fresh fruit and they even served cava! Overall, we had a great stay an dthe staff was very helpful and polite!

Brand new hotel, unfortunately, elevators very slow, rooms have issues (we had to switch due to AC not operating, my sister had the handy man come twice to fix the sink,…). Also, all the floors smell like sewage water, very badlY..
