Air conditioning in room didn't work. Was quite hot, interfered with sleep both nights. Complained about it three times. Hotel staff said they were working on it, but it was never fixed. Would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

It was a nice experience, the hotel is extremely central but in a quiet street, so you have best of both worlds. They also went the extra mile on my birthday which was super appreciated. The staff is multi-lingual and speak excellent, English, Spanish and Italian. (maybe they speak more).

Even before we arrived they made sure we knew parking arrangements because on the day we were due to get there, there was a festival with closed roads etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in good location. Staff were friendly and very helpful - especially Belen who was always happy to offer suggestions for restaurants etc. I really enjoyed my stay in Valencia.

The staff is amazing--very helpful and responsive. The hotel location is great--near the train station, the cathedral, main squares and shopping--but on a very quiet side street. The only criticism I have is of the AC in the room--it was extremely hot when we were there in early September and the AC was not adequate to the task. The addition of a ceiling fan (or an AC system with a more powerful fan) would help.

My favourite small hotel in València so far

Beautiful small boutique style hotel in old town area. I have stayed in a few hotels in València and this is so far my favourite in terms of style, location and price.

Beautiful hotel as well as the rooms, right in the middle of everything!! Breakfast was great and the bar was awesome as well, only issue was being woken up around 2am from the noise not only outside but also in the hallways of the hotel, I know the hotel staff can’t do too much about the outside noise but should be on top of it for the inside noise especially at 2am, regardless would stay again and happy with my choice
