Hotel is lovely, directly on the beautiful Plaza De L'Ajuntament. Easy walk to train station, restaurants, Valencia cathedral, basilica, and Serranos Towers. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for visiting the old town, market & easy reach of Russafa. Lacking a nice separate bar lounge. A large lobby acts as both. Excellent staff.

Fantastic location - we had a room looking directly into the main square which was lovely. Breakfast was good although the breakfast room was quite small and could get crowded. The roof terrace is nice for enjoying the sunshine although it is small and only about 6 people can be there at one time. Good sized room and nice toiletries, very clean.

The position was great the service was fantastic but unfortunately we had a hiccup with our door. It didnā€™t lock and we had to wait around to get it seen to. Once they worked out it needed a new lock we were able to store our valuables downstairs and start our day.

Great location, walkable, and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel rooms have been renovated and are great conditions. Nice in-room tea and coffee machines. Additional renovations are ongoing now, but they are not disturbing.

Lovely hotel in Center of Valencia City. No32 bus takes you to the beach and is less than ā‚¬2. Room clean, beds really comfortable. We didnā€™t book breakfast but plenty of places to eat in the area.

Hello, despite having a reservation for three people, we arrived at 10:30 pm to check in and when we went to the room, there was no bed for the third person, there were no quilts to cover up for the third person, there was no water to drink. in the room

First time been in Valencia and I am so glad find this hotel, which is walking distance to everything, 5 min walking from the train station (Nord) and the breakfast is good with reasonable price. Especially, the hotel is in the center of the government plaza, the view is very pleasant.
