We had a wonderful check-in and parking experience with the staff, who were wonderfully helpful and kind. The stay was seamless and the hotel is walking distance from key sights. The breakfast was quite limited but pleasant.

The pictures on the site are misleading, as are the descriptions. The ‘fitness centre’ must be pre-booked and may only be used by a single person at a time, and the upgrade options for premium rooms do not guarantee a seated area as is clearly seen in the advertisement (why else upgrade?) you’ll just get one easy chair in the kitchen area and you’ll be sat on your bed to watch TV. The balcony cannot be sat on, unless you are a child as it’s only 30cm deep and that if they don’t mind sitting on chairs facing each other. Maintenance is poor, wobbly standing lights, beds that move when you lean on them and a mirror that does not react to whatever it is supposed to do by touching the illuminated button. The mirror will also likely be covered in the last guests toothpaste (?) or whatever that was. There’s also no drawer by the bed, nor socket on one side because a non-working phone is plugged in. The shower has nowhere to put your own bottles, with cheap products left for guests (single small bottle of Minute Maid) cheap comb and hairnet etc. Breakfast was tasty to the most part but not replenished and cheap packs of margarine and jam. It’s not a 4 star, and the staff and the policies they enforce without mercy are inflexible and overly harsh. There are far better hotels in Valencia that are equally well situated, but have better facilities including somewhere to sit when you take a rest from the heat.

Lovely rooms. Clean. Had cooking facilities, ironing board. Hairdryer etc. we got a little balcony too which added to the experience. Staff were lovely, shown us their recommended restaurants and places to visit. Central, easy to walk everywhere.

A hidden gem in Valencia in a great location in close proximity to the city center, resturants, sight seeing, and shopping. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, with beautiful aesthetics. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. My room had a Kitchenette with sink, fridg, and a stove top. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was provided city map, sightseeing itinerary, list of recommended restaurants (which did not disappoint), and offers to make reservations, etc. Highly recommended.

Stylish hotel located in the middle of Cuitat Vella. Location made it very walkable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful during our 2-night stay. Great value for the location.

This is a beautiful hotel! Very nice on the interior. Rooms are spacious, clean and new. Area is great, tourist area, but close to the sites. Plenty of restaurants for tapas and dinner. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. They can send to a great place for Tapas or Dinner that isn’t a tourist trap. Always friendly! Breakfast was very nice as well. Nice small balcony to enjoy a Coffee. Highly recommend!

5 Star Gem in Valencia

Amazing gem in Valencia City-Centre. The service was Outstanding from check-in to check out. Very comfortable room with many of the amenities of a five star small hotel. I was taken shower, was ready to wash my hair was no body wash/ shampoo. At breakfast, was no eggs available at the counter and fruits finished, when I ask to cut more they said they do not have it, first come, first serve. Also no help with any attractions destinations. When ask for any help with attractions, destinations, points of interest no ones knew anything. You are in your own. So be prepare. Rooms are clean. Location is good.
