Valladolid Vacation Packages

This resort is very boring, especially with kids. There is 0 activities for kids (there is a kids club, but it was closed.) All you can do there is swim and eat and drink. Food was okay at first, but after 3 days, it got boring. The pool bar had one entry/exit (ladder). The balcony we had looked out on the big a/c unit, which was very loud and never stopped. So if you want a quite, no entertainment, no activities, all-inclusive - this place is for you!

The staff were some of the the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with when traveling. This says a lot as I travel half the year. The food and drinks at the restaurants was wonderful. The one thing I will point out is that the hotel owners need to work on updating broken patio furniture and the hotel as a whole. For what they charge it really was sad to see the hotel looking worn out. Note: we had 4 villas (not really a villa more like room with deck) for 7 days and the air con did not work well in one of the villas. Power was out several times for long periods which meant no water either but we understand this can be typical in the area. The highlight besides the beauty of the area was the staff.
