Very good stay, comfy bed, good ac

The location of the hotel is excellent - just a couple of minutes stroll from the Arena, in the centre of Verona and everything is nearby (including the tourist sightseeing bus). The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was small - but we had opted for the cheapest! It had a very small bathroom with a very small shower room which was impossible to use without flooding the room! There is an attached restaurant which is independent of the hotel - it's good, but expensive compared to others locally.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied and nice with a large choice to suit all tastes. Our room had a very low bed and the wardrobe did not close. Overall I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star. The bathroom also needed some work as it was a little tired and the plug sockets were not properly fitted to the walls. Outside the pool area was nice but the pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - what a gorgeous property, excellent and clean rooms, great shower, the bar and restaurant serves delicious food and drinks, all of the staff are so helpful, and the breakfast was the best I had in Europe! We will be back.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was above average. Room size was nice. Beds needs updating. Felt the springs. Asked for and received 2 duvets to fold and put under thee sheets.. would probably not return.
