Una de las personas encargada de la recepción me llamo el día que había hecho la reserva para insultarme porque no fui y me dijo que yo ni siquiera sabía usar las plataformas. Cuando yo llame 15 días antes y la que me respondió me dijo que yo no tenía ninguna reserva y previo a eso un mes antes me dijo que no manejaban está página pero que ella me reservaba ahí vía telefónica
me fue super mal, hice la reserva y al ir al hotel a la 1:30am, informe que tenia reservación y mostrando todos los soportes de pago y todo y no me dieron una solución, la unica solución fue sacarme como un perro, que por que ya tenian que cerrar y me tocaba salirme del hotel
