The staff is always super nice and I have never had any problems while staying here. They have smoking rooms which is rare these days and I keep coming back.

I was a little grossed out by the open, leftover toiletries in the shower, but I was majorly grossed out when a bug scurried across my nightstand. Add the noise from outside, and I didn't feel super safe staying there by myself.

This hotel is very old and outdated, the shower water nob fell off and they didn't fix it for 2 days or offer to put us in a different room. Overall if you absolutely have to go there for a room go ahead as a last resort.

They have ROACHES comming out the walls,floors,headboard and i told them they dont even care completely inconsiderate i had my daughter with me she was scared we had to move rooms 3 times n there were roaches in all of them and we had to pay to move the room (DO NOT RECOMMEND)

So, the price was right, and it was right off the freeway. In this case you get what you pay for. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinge, our smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds whwn we got there. Maintance took care of it, but it started again first thing in the morning. Both bed comforters had cigarette burn holes in them. The maintenance guy was cool, easy going, the rest of the staff i am pretty sure forgot how to smile.
