Everything was great except 1 thing. Right by the stairs, so everytime someone went out the door it slammed. I think the hotel should put a slow close on the doors. hoshout put a slow close

The front desk woman that was helping us was extremely rude.. then after we paid for the room and a 50.00 deposit.. the waters are 14.00 each that is unacceptable.. i visit valparaiso 4 times a year and it wont be at this hotel again..
