Very noisy. Non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke. Large gap in door contributed to noise, also lets bugs in. Nice staff, but a terrible room.

Clean but smelly room. Reasonably comfy bed.
There was trouble with the booking in that they didn’t have it in the system when I arrived. They resolved it by booking direct outside of hotels.com (and hotels.com refunded me for the booking. Thanks!) So that was a minor annoyance but was resolved quickly. However, the room smelled like something between Indian food and cheeseburgers. I hoped I would go nose-blind to it, but it continued to smell noticeably throughout the night. I was happy to leave at 5:30am the next morning. Room was otherwise clean, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Just the smell was bad.

It was okay
Checkin was smooth. Staff is very friendly and helpful when our room wouldn’t work. Room was comfortable and spacious. It suited our needs for the night. Breakfast was okay. Cereal, packaged pastries, waffle maker, yogurt and a few apples/oranges. Hot water carafe had lingering taste of coffee - not so great when making hot tea. If need be, we’d stay here again.
