The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything. Our problems related to the setup of the room and the exit to the parking lot. The fridge and microwave were under the tv making it hard to use. The lighting around the mirror was too bright making it hard to see what I was doing. The exit is next to the laundry room and the staff have to move their carts constantly as guests are leaving. There was only one handicapped spot near the exit and it was reserved for diamond members. There wasn’t any ramps for the handicapped

The room was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff attending to cooking and plate running were fast and efficient. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have the common courtesy that it is normal for the rooms to go without water and plumbing for a few hours. We were in the shower and the water turned off and didnt return for three hours. We mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she laughed and said, "oh that happens here, you never know when we will have water."
