Elevator did not work and they had water issues so we were unable to shower as there was only a trickle of water coming out. I would have canceled my stay before cancellation policy expired if I had known of these issues. No information or timeframe given on when it would be solved.

Everything was great, only stayed for one night but the staff was amazing. I was a little upset that the pool was empty for repainting in the middle of summer. But other than that, it was great.

It was a good stay. The room is nice size and the king bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was not great but it sufficed. The hotel works well for one night on a road trip.

Requested room on first floor when made res. The man at FD said none available. when I arrived at check time +15min.. Couldn't find my IHG account even with correct email and member number. I had to call poorly spoken person to get account fixed. Number and email were correct... couldn't log in with IHG.... very common with them. Then I found they had deleted all my "points". So, I'm mr Nobody with no points ! It's a small town but I'll go to a different place next trip!

The staff and facilities were very good but the business practices of the managing hotel group was very poor. I booked a room but made a mistake on the date by one day. I added change insurance to my order just in case. I immediately cancelled the wrong date and added the new date (one day later). I was charged $400 for two rooms but it became $800 when I was not refunded for the cancelled date (which had been confirmed by email and by the hotels.com app. They are now refusing to refund my incorrectly charged date even though I had change insurance. I am still fighting with Hotels.com so be very doubtful of using this service. That is why the overall rating is a 1 star but the hotel facilities and staff wever very good.
