I had to check in with a person on a computer screen that froze over and over, was told it was a bad connection. A machine printed a key and not a person to talk to. Got to my disaster dirty scary room and found BLOOD on the pillow!! But upon calling front desk I ended up with same person that was not on property and I slept with clothes on so discusting. Breakfast was how I assume jail food is and guess what, not a person available for check out just the conputer kiosk. Worse place ever.

We were on the first floor. A number of construction people were staying upstairs. I honestly heard noise from the 2nd floor in our room all night. The only way we can describe it is they were moving furniture and walking around all night. I woke up at 2am and 430am to heavy footsteps. We actually thought they were going to fall through the ceiling. A very bad night of sleep. 👎👎

Automation gone bad

The hotel uses an automated check-in system. There is no way to check in using your normal credit card with a person behind the counter. The system was down and for 30 minutes, they tried to get it fixed. Fortunately, the end keeper was very nice and let us stay in our room anyway. When I came back by this morning, I was able to take care of anything I needed to take care of.

Pretty good for really low price

We were unable to reach the front desk by phone before we arrived to confirm our reservation and to let them know we would arrive after midnight. There was a kiosk in the lobby when we arrived and it displayed a person we could talk to and check it. That was actually pretty easy! The room was good and the food for breakfast was good, also. And the pricing was really good for the room. Note, the pool was not usable.

This hotel is extremely run down. The carpet seems dirty with pet stains, tile grout is dirty, tub is chipped, window didnt close all the way so dirt and bugs were all over the sill.
