Convenient location near the Vancouver mall. The hot tub is very small, breakfast was out of hot items quickly each morning and the elevator was broken.

Elevator Broken

Not really meant for business travelers. The elevator was broken, only had 4th floor rooms available. It's an older hotel, shabby ' chic' without the 'chic'. The location was okay, close to a mall. Overall, very meh experience.

I wouldnt say unsafe but it is very dark all around the property. Other than a pretty decent stay. Also pool/hottub and sauna are open to 11. So a lil later than most.

Everything was very nice, having an amazing stay. Only thing I should mention is that there is a spot above the toilet in the ceiling that's peeling and growing mold.
