It was okay. But I think they put us in the broken room because we booked on Hotels com :(. The phone was broken, the balcony was inaccessible due to "maintenance", however it looked like nothing was being done, it looked fine. The TV wasn't working. Only stayed one night on the way to our nephew's tournament. Have stayed here once before several years ago and wasn't overwhelmed then either. Not worth the price and add on fees. Cute hotel with lots of possibilities. Staff was like warm. Bed was okay, but stiff, we woke up with leg and back pains 😔. The shower has mold in it and just did not look clean. Carpet was the same, it also did not appear to be clean 😔. Overall disappointed. We had heard good things about the hotel from friends and family and we travel frequently so we thought we would try it again. Won't book a 3rd time 😣.

The staff and property were amazing. The room was clean and the shower was huge, with great water pressure. If i had a complaint it would be that it was close to the freeway and a little noisy, but its too be expected in a larger city.

We always enjoy our stay st the Heathman Lodge. Usually everything is perfect. This time, however in room 359 we had a very uncomfortable bed. The mattress is old and soft. It really needs to be changed out for a new one. Other than that, our stay was good.

I liked all the trees around the property, even though the highway was near, the trees blocked out a lot of the noise and looking at the trees in their fall beauty was much better than looking at buildings and parking lots.
