Disappointed

The room was dirty, hair all over the bathroom, used flosser on the floor, etc. The pool bleached my brand new swim suit. The rooms are loud. Restaurant is expensive.

Terrible customer service in the restaurant and the front desk. Very run down property with wall paper peeling. Didn’t sleep during the night due to noise. Front desk didn’t seem to care.

The room was great except no hot water for the shower and very little water pressure. When I say no hot water there was none. Brought it up at check out but nothing. The hot tub was also not very warm either.

It was just okay

We were so excited to stay! We arrive at 3:20 for our 4:00 check-in and were told that it was a $25 fee per room ( we had more than one) so we decided to wait. Unfortunately that created an overcrowded lobby that was extremely cold because of the doors being open so much. The staff was so friendly and really trying to navigate a tough situation. Then, everyone tried to rush the front desk at 4 because there was no system on how to arrive first. Room was big; spacious and clean. One other thing is that we were never offered our sparkling wine that was listed in the description. I’m bummed. We have family nearby and would to create a space we can keep returning too but this felt like a miss.

I often stay at the Heathman Lodge and every time it's great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to many amenities and shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is so accommodating and friendly - I got in early and they have an early check in option that was SUPER helpful. The hotel's restaurant/bar is also really yummy and lively.
