Friendly staff, great location, oasis like feel in the back. Recommended.

The hotel is tired and scruffy and needs a lot of money invested to bring it up to an acceptable standard. The staff were generally miserable and unhelpful, the cleaning wasn’t great, the cleaner just changed the towels, emptied the bins and replaced a toilet roll. The pool was nice but the loungers and some umbrellas needed replacing and someone needs to keep the stray dogs out as they were everywhere. We had breakfast included but only went once as it was awful, very basic with limited choice. Only one lift was working and it was always very busy, it was also scruffy and not a great impression when you leave reception. We have stayed at 7 hotels in Georgia over the last few weeks and this hotel was by far the worst. The hotel has potential to be great but needs a lot of investment and staff training. I am surprised about the good reviews, it makes you wonder where these people have stayed before. We won’t be returning.

Room smelled cheap plastic. No hot water in the tap. But shower was OK. Staff was OK, but not very welcomish. OK to stay 1 night.
