The property was relatievly OK, by the complain is about the information in the hotels.com website, which is misleading. It is presented as Varadero, but it is not. It is almost 7 km from Varadero.

Hemos pagado el completo dinero ！pero no me coge el teléfono dueño de alojamiento llamado más 10 veces y esperado más de 2 horas en calle como tontos ! Me paso una noche horrible día 31 de diciembre! El agente de hoteles.com tampoco me ayuda para hacer transferir a otro departamento por qué no puede llamar al teléfono de cuba ! Y ellos necesita comfirma por teléfono ~una duda si los viajes no tiene tarjeta de sim móvil ,ustedes Tiras los clientes en la calle solo !!! Si ustedes no puede conectar con el dueño de alojamiento por qué pon anuncio de esta casa ‘
