So location is great, staff are helpful. I have a big problem with the rooms. First room I got has no desk and toilet has problems and the plug is beside the bed. Very weird. I request to change room. Staff was helpful and I got a room with a small desk, and the plug is not near the desk again. Super weird layout. The walls are thin too. Overall an aging property, good for few days if you spend time outdoors if not ... Not so good.

Os empregados foram super atenciosos e cuidadosos mas infelizmente o hotel deixou a desejar. Muitas escadas e o único elevador vive quebrando. Inacessível para pessoas idosas ou que não aguentam subir escadas. No mais a Vista é maravilhosa.

Mal servicio en el front desk

Was doubled charged for the room and refund took an effort. Room had only one bed and was different and smaller than the pictures on Expedia. Staff gave us an upgrade after complaining and it was better, but a bit dusty.
