Helpful staff and excellent location…

The location was perfect to walk around Budapest. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The amenities were better than we had on our cruise! The rooftop bar was such fun! We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Victoria was amazing! Super friendly and gave some great suggestions of things to do in the city. Hotel was centrally located and walkable to almost anything! The room was nice, however the WiFi was spotty at best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible.

Location, location, location. This hotel was very close to many tourist activities. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful to us. A small item was there wasn’t a light we could use during the night. The bathroom light and fan was on continuously if the light was. A very minor item and not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Budapest and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and a wonderful start to each day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book this hotel again on our next visit to Budapest. Highly recommended!
